Betterclean Franchise

Betterclean Services Coventry have had a positive start to 2020 and have won 3 new contracts! One of the contracts they have won is for a gym in Birmingham and the other two contracts are office cleans in Coventry. Sahadeo is delighted to see his business growing and is now in the process of recruiting for a Supervisor.

At Betterclean Services we are delighted to have moved up 9 places this year in the Top 100 Best Franchises by Elite Franchise, we are now placed at 61 for 2020 which is our 25th year in commercial cleaning! In 2019 our franchise network increased with the addition of 3 new franchise owners, taking our total to 16 territories operating across the UK. The franchise package we offer has been designed with focus on the provision of excellent support services for every step our franchise owners take in their Betterclean Services journey. The package also offers one of the lowest management fees in the industry meaning our franchise owners benefit from support in all aspects of running and building their business whilst at the same time maintaining more of the profits for themselves. Betterclean Coventry have been working hard the past few months to gain new business, they have just won two new office cleaning contracts which will be starting in the new year and have also just completed 6 end of tenancy house cleans! They now employ three cleaners and will begin recruiting for their new contracts starting in 2020. Betterclean as a network has continued to see an ever-growing pipeline of prospects and strong growth rates considering the time of year and is looking forward to 2020! -           How confident did you feel after your training?   o    It was quite a lot to be covered in the 1 week training, however we did get a good understanding of the processes employed, Dan and Mike did a great job. o    Now that we are beginning to see results our confidence is increasing, but there is quite a lot for us to learn in order to develop the business, we understand this will happen with time and experience. -           How many jobs have you quoted for so far? o    15 jobs quoted for to date -           Now that you’re quoting on your own, how are you finding this? o    A bit nervous in the beginning, but now much more confident. o    So far, all quotations have been for small jobs and we have not had any really difficult prospects so we were able to han...

How confident did you feel after your training?   I felt the training was very concise and informative, naturally, it was impossible to cover 100% of the business but it definitely gave me a very good knowledge on what to expect and how to go about running the business.   How many jobs have you quoted for so far?  25 Now that you’re quoting on your own, how are you finding this?  Both the site visits and quotation submission are fairly straight forward and simple to carry out. How has the support been that you’ve received from Betterclean Services?  Betterclean Head office have been amazing in the support they provide. The sup port received from Mike in particular has been phenomenal.

How did you feel after all of your training? It’s always a strange feeling from having training to putting it into practice, but it all falls into place as you do each stage. As with anything once you’ve had your training you need to ‘do it’, that way it’s still all fresh. How many jobs have you quoted for so far? I have quoted for 7 jobs ranging from 1 hour to 32 hours a week, with 6 more booked in. Now that you’re quoting on your own, how are you finding this? I’m really enjoying it. It’s a chance to engage with a prospect allowing you to promote yourself and your business. The more quotes I’m doing, the more confident and quicker I’m getting. Although I have a prospect who requires potentially 90 hours of cleaning a week – I will be asking Mike for help with this one! How have you found the support offered by Betterclean Services?
