How confident did you feel after your training?   I felt the training was very concise and informative, naturally, it was impossible to cover 100% of the business but it definitely gave me a very good knowledge on what to expect and how to go about running the business.   How many jobs have you quoted for so far?  25 Now that you’re quoting on your own, how are you finding this?  Both the site visits and quotation submission are fairly straight forward and simple to carry out. How has the support been that you’ve received from Betterclean Services?  Betterclean Head office have been amazing in the support they provide. The sup port received from Mike in particular has been phenomenal.

How did you feel after all of your training? It’s always a strange feeling from having training to putting it into practice, but it all falls into place as you do each stage. As with anything once you’ve had your training you need to ‘do it’, that way it’s still all fresh. How many jobs have you quoted for so far? I have quoted for 7 jobs ranging from 1 hour to 32 hours a week, with 6 more booked in. Now that you’re quoting on your own, how are you finding this? I’m really enjoying it. It’s a chance to engage with a prospect allowing you to promote yourself and your business. The more quotes I’m doing, the more confident and quicker I’m getting. Although I have a prospect who requires potentially 90 hours of cleaning a week – I will be asking Mike for help with this one! How have you found the support offered by Betterclean Services? The support is fantastic, whilst Mike is my primary contact, I have the backup of the team at head office plus the other franchisees...

This is one of our newest vehicles to join the Betterclean fleet around the UK. Our new van takes to the road in Coventry, Betterclean Services aim to use the latest vehicles, equipment and technology. ‘We are very pleased with the van, it was sign written locally and we’re pleased with the results. We feel the van is a great way to get the Betterclean brand out in Coventry, so we have been driving it to complete our audits and parking it in public spaces to promote the brand.’

Soel, the Director of Betterclean Services Swindon has had the cleaning contract at the South Swindon Parish Council for 11 months. Betterclean Swindon have been utilising time efficient equipment, chemicals and procedures with skilled labour and auditing procedures. They ensure they are consistent in the level of quality in the services delivered. Saira, the Business Manager of Betterclean Services Manchester embarked on a charity bike ride with her husband in September. They set off from London and rode to Cologne which took 4 days to complete! They were riding to raise money for a children’s charity and are delighted to have raised £1500 so far between Saira and her Husband and in total their group has raised £24,000.
